Doctor Prescribed Weight Loss brings physicians and patients together to formulate effective and enduring weight loss strategies through the use of health consultation and prescription medication, thereby leading to vast improvements in patient health and well-being.

Program Outline

Each level of our program is tailored to the individual patient. The program is not a one size fits all approach, but a well though out plan for each patient. Your Weight Loss Program includes the following services.

Your Initial Visit:

• Our physician will review your complete medical history and blood panel results, conduct an EKG and basic physical exam



• Take your weight, vital signs, BMI and body fat percentage



• Review the entire weight loss and exercise program with our Staff Counselor



• Prescribe and dispense your first week of weight loss medications (if applicable), a 30 Day Supply of additional weight loss supplements and vitamins



• Administer weekly weight loss medication and vitamin injection

Follow-Up Visits:

• Check-up to measure your weight, vital signs and BMI body fat percentage



• Nutritional and Dietary advice



• Administer weekly weight loss medications and vitamin injection



• Weekly Prescription medication



• Blood pressure will be taken



• Weight, BMI, and body fat percentage will be analyzed



• Review of personal food journal
